Action for the exploitation in the concession of the Public Plaza and Parking of the Tourism Authority, IPAT, located in front of the building of the National Theater of Panama and surrounded by the old Wall. This intervention not only improves the parking problem within the Old Town of Panama City but also returns to the city a public space until now taken over by cars that have left citizens displaced to residual spaces. This action improves the quality of public space and mobility within the Old Town, generating a new meeting and recreation point for all citizens.
