The building is conceived for the development of the pedagogical activities of a nursery school and nursery in which the concepts of ecological optimization have prevailed both in its architecture and in the way of addressing all the concepts of air conditioning and bioclimatic for the comfort of children and other users. The project combines the needs of the nursery school program with various architectural and technical strategies to maximize the use of available energy and reduce the energy demand of the building with minimum consumption.
