The project has consisted of the redefinition and comprehensive rehabilitation of two buildings that until now had been used as housing for their reconfiguration into hotel use, an exhaustive and careful work of rehabilitation and conditioning of the buildings for their new use has been carried out, the actions carried out have been mainly the spatial reconfiguration, the unification and connection of two buildings at different levels to facilitate the spatial unification of the hotel and the consolidation of the structural elements in poor condition and the retrofitting of all its electric and HVAC installations.
